These small filters are perfect for brewing intense, delicious Vietnamese coffee in the traditional way - indeed all our ground coffees are quite a coarse grind specially for this brewing method. Use a separate filter and cup for each person and drip the coffee onto condensed milk already in the the cup for the authentic Vietnamese coffee house experience.

Available in four sizes. The small and small/medium filters are perfect for small, single cup brewings (We recommend the small/medium 200ml filter for those who want to know where to start) Also available in larger sizes for hard-core caffeine addicts!

In these 'screwdown' type phins, the perforated plate which sits on top of the ground coffee is threaded to a central pillar, preventing any possibility of it floating up as the water is added.

In the central highlands of Vietnam, where the coffee is grown, they prefer to drink their coffee from glasses rather than cups. Longevity condensed milk is perfect for making 'Ca Phe Su'a'. Produced in the Netherlands, it is made using just whole milk and sugar for an authentic Vietnamese taste.
